Comfy beds, great breakfast, helpful cleaning staff. Staff assisted with stroller. Clean room, super comfortable bed. Spa area good, not hotel-run. Service at spa and reception commendable. Reception and sky bar staff excellent. Good location for quiet sleep. Appreciate employees' work.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were massive and had everything I needed, including music in the bathroom. The cleanliness was excellent, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel staff were fantastic and provided excellent room service. The use of the pools, especially the tranquility pool, was a great feature. I also appreciated the hotel's location, as it was near a shopping mall and not in a neighborhood.

Upon entering this hotel, I was greeted with exemplary service and an atmosphere of opulence. the spa and wellness center is truly deluxe, featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the room was spacious and equipped with exclusive amenities, including a private terrace.
The only minor issue I experienced was with the restaurant service, which could have been quicker. the food was excellent and the free breakfast was a lovely touch.
